That Yellow Dress

Last week I said that I was going to buy the yellow Country Road dress. My Country Road catalogue (picture on the left) had arrived in the mail... I saw the dress.. I thought 'that's a pretty dress, I'll buy it'. Since then I have been bombarded with images of Miranda Kerr (picture on the right) dancing about the streets of Rio in that yellow dress. It seems every time I turn on the tv, there she is. The poor little waif looks as though she's been playing dress-ups in her mother's clothes in that David Jones ad.

Nothing could turn me off buying something more than seeing it everywhere. I still think its a lovely dress. I just can't imagine wearing it and people saying 'Oh, that's the dress....'. Anyone else feel that way?
